Visual Studio 2010 fails to publish an Android app, where in Xamarin Studio it works perfectly

Still occurring. I even tried to publish it onto the desktop but still same behavior. I attached a couple of screen shots and the Xamarin logs.

BTW - why does it add the -Aligned to the file name where Xamarin Studio does not?

As we dropped support for VS 2010, I'm marking this bug as Not-On-Roadmap.
