Test Project

## Description

In an AbsoluteLayout, after adding a view to the children if you teh use LowerChild(view) to place the newly added view to the back of the visual stack, the view dos not go back visually.

## Steps to reproduce

1. Open the attached test project in Visual Studio
2. Launch the Winphone project to the simulator
3. Tap the Add Box Under Me button

Expected result: blue box will appear beneath button and button will still be visible

Actual result: blue box obscures button.

## Notes

I tested this with Forms 1.3.2.6309-pre2 and making sure to use the Application class and the LoadApplication method.

I also tested on both a 8.1 simulator and an 8.0 simulator.

Works correctly on Android and iOS.

I have checked this issue and with the help of attach project I am able to reproduce this issue.

I observed that when I press the button to change the color of box view the color of button changes but the button is not visible in view.
