Probably we are experiencing the same problem!
I tried to reproduce this issue but not able to reproduce. To reproduce this issue I have followed the steps and instruction provided in bug description.
Steps I followed:
1. Open attached test case in XS.
2. Build and deploy it on Device (Samsung Glaxy S5: 4.4.2).
3. It will deploy, navigate all tabs.
4. Select the home page to reload the page.
5. Renavigate the tabs, and observed the following exception:
"[mono] System.ArgumentException: 'jobject' must not be IntPtr.Zero."
I observed that in my case I am getting the different exception. Please let me know that what steps I am missing/wrong to reproduce this issue. That will be very helpful to reproduce this issue. Below are the supplement info regarding this issue.

I finded a temporary solution for my problem. I tried to load thumbnail instead of normal size image in ListView Row and the problem doesn't reproduce anymore.
I tested my application with Samsung S3 (Android 4.3), Samsung S4 (Android 4.4), Zenfone 5 (Android 4.4) and LG G2 (Android 4.4).
With Normal size image, each telephone crashed but with Thumb no.
However the problem persist with large image!
This seems to be the same bug as https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=22510
