Cell views cannot be automated for UI testing due to the event not being fired. Even if the cell has StyleId it cannot be assigned to native view field for UI automation.

Sample solution that reproduces the issue.
Forms.ViewInitialized, in both iOS AppDelegate and Android MainActivity, does not fire up for any of the table cells nor the views inside them.
The output for the Debug.WriteLine(e.View) for iOS and Android respectively:
2015-02-09 17:02:08.211 StyleIdBug.iOS[1097:410303] Xamarin.Forms.TableView
2015-02-09 17:02:12.238 StyleIdBug.iOS[1097:410303] Xamarin.Forms.ContentPage
2015-02-09 17:02:12.241 StyleIdBug.iOS[1097:410303] Xamarin.Forms.ContentPage
Only VisualElements are initialized through the ViewInitialized event.
How do you assign automation id's to cell views then?
Why is this resolved? There's an outstanding question here: how are automation IDs assigned to cell views?
