Logs from build host and XamarinVS

Cannot deploy or debug on iOS devices with "+" characters in their names

Regression status: not a regression. 3.8.150 + XI 8.4.0.43 and 3.9.274 + XI 8.6.1.19 both show the same problem.

## Workaround

Rename the device to remove any "+" characters from the name. You can rename the device using iTunes or the "Windows -> Devices" list in Xcode.

## Steps to reproduce

1. Connect a physical device to the Xamarin.iOS build host.

2. Rename the device so that it contains at least one "+" character in the name. You can rename the device using iTunes or the "Windows -> Devices" list in Xcode.

3. Quit Visual Studio (if it's open). (You can also quit and reopen the Xamarin.iOS Build Host if you like, but that's not strictly required.)

4. Open a Xamarin.iOS project in Visual Studio and attempt to debug it on the renamed device.

## Results

The Xamarin.iOS Build Host looks for an incorrect device name where all of the "+" characters have been replaced by spaces. For example it will look for "iPhone 4" instead of "iPhone + 4". The application does not successfully deploy. Visual Studio shows "Launching Application for debugging..." in the status bar and in the "Output -> Debug" window.

> [26-Jan-2015 14:35:43] Attempting to acquire command execution lock, timeout set to 00:10:00
> [26-Jan-2015 14:35:43] Waiting for device 'iPhone 4' to connect. Timeout set to 00:05:00
> [26-Jan-2015 14:35:43] Attached: iPhone + 4 Looking for: iPhone 4

## Expected results

Xamarin Studio on Mac can deploy and debug successfully on devices with "+" characters in their names.
