### Description

The following project is intended to have a horizontal scroll on top, followed by vertical scroll. This is demonstrated in the example video via the behavior shown on iOS. On Android, this behavior does not occur.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open linked test case
2. Deploy to XAP
3. Attempt to scroll top row to the horizontally

### Expected Behavior

The top row should scroll horizontally 

### Actual Behavior

The top row does not scroll

I have checked this issue and with the help of attach project I am able to reproduce this issue.

When I try to scroll horizontally on XAP/device I am unable to scroll horizontally. I have tried the same on iOS simulator and observed that it is working fine on iOS but not working on android.

The scrolling issue is resolved in 1.3.4
