Description peter.deister 2015-01-23 10:39:59 UTC
The file obtainable from the URL http://download.mono-project.com/sources/mono-tools/mono-tools-3.10.tar.gz cannot be unpacked. For instance

   $ wget http://download.mono-project.com/sources/mono-tools/mono-tools-3.10.tar.gz
   $ zcat mono-tools-3.10.tar.gz > /dev/null

produces the error message:

   gzip: mono-tools-3.10.tar.gz: unexpected end of file

I can confirm this is broken. That is a problem, because many distribution rely on techniques such as http://en.opensuse.org/SourceUrls to validate the integrity of source tar balls.

Looks like an incomplete upload.

http://origin-download.mono-project.com/repo/debian/pool/main/m/mono-tools/mono-tools_3.10.orig.tar.gz works, if you need a workaround. I'll copy the file from one location to the other later.
