I have tried to reproduce this issue by given sample but due to some Nuget package error in sample I am not able to run that same So I create a New Navigation bar project and able to reproduce this behaviour. Navigation bar does not remove from an android app when its property is set as false;

On Android the MasterDetailPage will cause the NavBar to be retained as it also requires its presence.

You can set Forms.TitleBarVisibility in your android ctor after calling Forms.Init to force it to be hidden.
