After installing Xamarin 3.9, Visual Studio freezes when debugging on physical device every other debugging session.
I have checked this issue but I am not able to reproduce. I have installing XVS 3.9.241 and create a new Android Application and then run this application successfully on Nexus 5 in both debug and release mode.
If you get a chance then please attach VS IDE log, environment info and if this happens with any specific project then also attach the project.
