### Description

In iOS and Android native, tapping out of a focused entry box will not take focus away from the entry box. In Forms, it does.

### Test Case

1. Open linked test case
2. Run iOS or Android version
3. Enter Entry field
4. Tap out of entry field

### Expected Results

Entry Field should remain active

Entry Field is no longer focused

I have checked this issue and able to reproduce this. To reproduce this issue I have followed the steps and instruction provided in bug description. I observed that taping out of entry field it was no longer focused. Here is the screencast for the same.
