If you do a clean on a MonoTouch Bindings project then it leaves behind files that cause future build attempts to fail.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new MonoTouch Bindings project.
2. Build all. It succeeds.
3. Rebuild all. It fails.
4. Build all. Still fails.
Delete the "obj" directory. I'm doing this in a custom post-clean build step.
Looks like RemoveDir is not recursively deleting directories liek it is supposed to according to MSDN. Will have to fix Mono.
Fixed in Mono 2-10 branch now. Probably too late for Mono 2.10.8, but will make it into a 2.10.9.
I've also added a workaround for older Mono versions to MonoTouch 5.1.x and 5.0.x branches since 2.10.9 might not be out for a while.
FYI, I've uploaded the fixed build targets and .dll to http://files.xamarin.com/~jeff/MonoTouchBuildTargets.tar.gz
Feel free to unzip them into /Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/External/xbuild/Xamarin/
