During the creation of a project creating a Windows Forms control that can render Animated PNGs I encountered an issue with drawing over old frames when the new frame had a transparent background. Due to the data on the frame the screen is required to replace the image with transparent black before doing a complete redraw. When this code executes on Windows it works fine however when attempting on Mac the image blurs together. If I would draw once every other frame it would clear properly but it would not perform the clear correctly otherwise. The code that is affected can be found here: https://github.com/Bungalow12/AnimatedImage/blob/master/AnimatedImages/AnimatedPictureBox.cs in the OnPaint method starting at Line 45. As you can see I tried multiple attempts to work around this from the commented out code. 
The example image is bounce.png and is included in the Viewer portion of the project.
