your current version information, steps to reproduce, and relevant error
messages or log files if you are hitting an issue that looks similar to
this resolved bug and you do not yet see a matching new report.
This bug being that the project would not properly build/rebuild and the binaries would be outdated, despite saying the build/rebuild was successful. We have to delete the obj & bin folder every time you want get new assemblies
