I'm using the Position X property to get and set the position of a horizontal scrollbar, like is done in the Forms.Labs.ExtendedScrollbar except in horizontal mode. It does work ok in vertical mode. I am attaching a simple one-page project that demonstrates this, there is a flag vert, which can switch the scroller mode to demonstrate. Behavior confirmed by Jon Douglas in support 11 Dec. (Thanks Jon)

I have tried to reproduce this issue and getting the same behavior. The Position X property to get and set the position of a horizontal scroll bar is not working. However this is working fine in vertical mode.

The child of the ScrollViewRenderer provides the horizontal scrolling and not the ScrollViewRenderer itself. This should help you achieve what you want.

I believe the problem is in the Position.X property of the ScrollView, and also in the ScrollTo function when setting a horizontal scrolling position. I am not sure what you mean by the child of the ScrollViewRender providing the scrolling
