Image control in Android does not load the large images of about 2MBs (or larger) usually taken from Phone's rear camera.

I have checked this issue but I am not able to reproduce this issue. To reproduce this issue I have followed steps:
1. Run the attached sample in bug description.
2. Click to 'Take Picture'
3. Take a pic and save it.
I have observed that the image successfully load to the application control, Please check the screencast and application output log and Let me know if I have missed anything.
