When I went in to update a rejected component submission, I ran into some funky styling on the buttons to do so.

https://components.xamarin.com/dashboard
Under a submitted component's details, in the "Versions" section on the right-hand side.

When you mouse over the "View" and "Update" buttons for the various versions, the button expands out of its previous area.

Attached is a capture of the hover display (though the cursor wasn't captured).

This should have been fixed a few months back. When adding markdown css enhancements for tables, it inadvertently affected other tables in the site.
