When adding Image View controls to your storyboard and trying to move it around, it has unreliable snapping behavior.
Steps to reproduce
1) Create new Single View iOS Application (I used the Universal API)
2) Open the storyboard
3) Add an imageview
4) Resize slightly
5) Trying to place this on screen, the snapping becomes unreliable
Could this be due to running parallels?

I have tried to reproduce this issue after creating a new Single View iOS Application but unable to reproduce it, we are successfully able to move Image view controller on storyboard in VS.
This was fixed a long time ago and the fix is shipping in current alpha builds.
