We found that at least some of Xamarin Forms assemblies does not have strong names. This prevent us from signing our own assemblies that references Xamarin Forms libraries.

Steps to reproduce:
  - try to build attached sample project

I have chekced this issue with the help of instructions provided in comment 0 and comment 1 and observed that on building the attached app, we are getting error below.

"Error CS1577: Referenced assembly `Xamarin.Forms.Core, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' does not have a strong name (CS1577) (StrongNameFailed)"

Xamarin.Forms is not strong named for multiple reasons (the biggest of which being it more or less means we have dependencies which are not strong named).

What should customers do who use Xamarin.Forms and must sign their own assembly?

The Xamarin.Forms.Core assembly has the following references and all of them are strongly named:
