i have moved the project from complex names folders to simple named folder. Still no luck.

I have checked this issue and I am not able to reproduce this issue. I have followed these steps:
1. Create a  complex named "Rubén12" Android app on Xamarin Studio
2. build application
3. application throw error.

Could you Please provide us Build output, Environment info and IDE Log that can be helpful to reproduce this issue at my end.

Environment Info:
Windows 8.1
Xamarin Studio- 5.5.4 (build 15)
Xamarin.Android- 4.20.0
