When the following XAML is used:

            <StackLayout Orientation="Horizontal" InputTransparent="true"
                         IsVisible="{Binding Type, Converter={StaticResource stringListConverter}, ConverterParameter=BloodPressure}">
                <Label Text="{Binding Systolic}" WidthRequest="50" />
                <Slider Value="{Binding Systolic, Mode=TwoWay}" Minimum="0" Maximum="300" />
            </StackLayout>

The slider doesn't function.  It works fine if placed outside the StackLayout.

I have checked this and its working fine with Xamarin.Forms version: 1.3.1.6296 

Please use Xamarin.Forms version : 1.3.1.6296 and let me know if you are facing this issue again .
