When running Mono 3.10.0 on Debian GNU/Linux 7 (wheezy), we're experiencing .NET/mono inconsistencies in the way decimals are formatted.

When considering ...

    Console.Out.WriteLine(0.45m);
    Console.Out.WriteLine(45m / 100);

In .NET, the output is the same:
    
    0.45
    0.45

When running against Mono JIT compiler version 3.10.0 (tarball Sat Oct  4 11:47:31 UTC 2014), this will produce:

    0.45
    0.4500000000000000000000000000

This, it is currently necessary for us to manually trim the unwanted zeroes in mono runtime.

Fixed with the new Decimal code.
