It is unavailable to build our iOS application in Visual Studio probably because of the error:
"IBToolTask" -- FAILED.

It looks like the error probability depends on its compilation time interval (number and complexity).

This bug is already fixed and it's on its way for the next v3.8 release.
In the meantime, you can use the following preview build of the Mac BuildHost to avoid the issue.
I have checked this Issue mentioned in https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=24024#c4 and this is working fine at my end.
