Executing a query with a bunch of parameters, a hundred for example, is really slow.
This happens with named and unnamed parameters (they are like unnamed parameters).
So executing 10.000 inserts with a hundred parameters each one can take near a minute.
The parameter list is not indexed so for each asignment lot of string comparisons are done.
Indexing the list enhace the performance a lot, but of course best performance is to fix unnamed parameters behaviour avoiding any string comparisons.
I downloaded the source and introduced a fix that Works really fast, about 20.000 inserts per second in a Android device that previously worked at a rate of 20.000 per minute.
This fix only Works for unnamed parameters, and I'm not sure it Works for multiple statement commands.
I can provide you the modified files.
