Description outring 2014-09-24 06:21:54 UTC
I can't get push notifications working with fast deployment enabled in debug configuration.

First of all I have following error during app startup:
2014-09-24 16:14:16.351 KnopkaiOS[650:60b] Unable to get entitlements for client task. Error: Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=-1 "The operation couldn’t be completed. (POSIX error -1 - Unknown error: -1)"

And when I'm trying to subscribe to push notifications AppDelegate.FailedToRegisterForRemoteNotifications() called with following error:
Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=3000 UserInfo=0x113e80 "no valid 'aps-environment' entitlement string found for application"

Without fast deployment everything works great.

This might be some sort of runtime validation Apple does that makes push notifications break.
Comment 2 Manuel de la Peña [MSFT] 2017-05-08 10:14:33 UTC
Can you please provide an example project that shows the issue or if the issue is reproducible in the latests Xamarin release?
Comment 3 outring 2017-05-08 10:27:45 UTC
Nope, it was way too long time ago.
Comment 4 Manuel de la Peña [MSFT] 2017-05-08 10:48:13 UTC
Ok, did the issue get fixed? Should we close the bug?
Comment 5 outring 2017-05-08 10:49:08 UTC
I don't know if it's fixed and have no opportunity to check, sorry.
Comment 6 Manuel de la Peña [MSFT] 2017-05-08 11:04:07 UTC
Will close the bug as not reproducible, if it does occur we will reopen it.
