Testcase

The ImageCell on Android shows the image larger than the row height.

The row height expands automatically to accommodate the image height, unlike iOS where
images are scaled down

I have checked this issue and able to reproduce it. To reproduce it I followed the steps mention below:

1. Open attached sample project in XS
2. Set iOS as startup project and run it
3. Observed the row height that is fine as set by code (RowHeight = 20)
4. Set android as startup project and run it
5. Observe the row height that exceed then (RowHeight = 20)

I observed that (RowHeight=20) is working fine on Simulator and also observed that I run it on emulator
the height of row increase automatically to accommodate the image height.

This has been fixed for an update post v1.2.3 due to the behavioral change nature of it.
