RESOLVED FIXED

Description Alan McGovern 2011-08-08 07:41:46 UTC
If I have a few files open in a folder and I then rename that folder from within MonoDevelop two things happen:

1) All my open files are suddenly marked as being changed on disk and I'm prompted to reload them.

2) If I click reload I get an exception because MD attempts to open a file path which never existed in the first place:

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file "/Users/alanmcgovern/Projects/mdcrashlog/MonoDevelop.CrashLog/MonoDevelop.CrashMonitor/mdcrashlog/MonoDevelop.CrashLog/MonoDevelop.CrashMonitorasda/MacCrashMonitor.cs".
File name: '/Users/alanmcgovern/Projects/mdcrashlog/MonoDevelop.CrashLog/MonoDevelop.CrashMonitor/mdcrashlog/MonoDevelop.CrashLog/MonoDevelop.CrashMonitorasda/MacCrashMonitor.cs'

The old path was "mdcrashlog/MonoDevelop.CrashLog/MonoDevelop.CrashMonitorasda" and the new one was "mdcrashlog/MonoDevelop.CrashLog/MonoDevelop.CrashMonitor"

What version of MonoDevelop is this?
Comment 2 Alan McGovern 2011-08-09 10:07:23 UTC
git master from the day I filed the bug.
Comment 3 Mikayla Hutchinson [MSFT] 2012-05-02 17:26:13 UTC
Can this be reproduced?

If this happens again, please include the actual stack trace from the exception.
Comment 4 Lluis Sanchez 2013-06-12 11:04:15 UTC
This seems to be fixed.
