The attached test program demonstrates the problem when you click on the "Test Bug" button.

When wide items are being displayed in a ListView control (wider than the list view), then the ListView.EnsureVisible(int index) method will scroll horizontally to show the end of the item's display string instead of leaving the beginning of the item's display string visible.  This can be rather annoying to users, and is different from the way Microsoft's .Net implementation works.
