We have tried to reproduce this issue but not able to reproduce this. Could you please provide a sample app that demonstrate this issue? So that we can reproduce this issue at our end.

Also please include your build info, application output and Zip Zamarin Logs. 

You can get build info via 'VS > Help > About Microsoft Visual Studio > Copy Info and paste it here' and Zip Xamarin Logs via 'VS > Help > Zip Xamarin Logs'.
