**Overview:**

   After updated to 3.3.47, users are getting the following error messages:

> error MT1009: Could not copy the assembly '/Developer/MonoTouch/usr/lib/mono/2.1/monotouch.dll' to '/Users/{USER NAME}/Library/Caches/Xamarin/mtbs/builds/{PROJECT NAME}/{PROJECT GUID}/output/temp/mtouch-cache/Link/monotouch.dll':
> Access to the path "/Developer/MonoTouch/usr/lib/mono/2.1/monotouch.dll.mdb" or "/Users/{USER NAME}/Library/Caches/Xamarin/mtbs/builds/{PROJECT NAME}/{PROJECT GUID}/output/temp/mtouch-cache/Link/monotouch.dll.mdb" is denied.

**Steps to Reproduce:**

   Unknown

**Actual Results:**

   The above exception message. Project is not able to be compiled.

**Expected Results:**

   Project should still be able to be compiled after updating.
