RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 134

Description Miguel de Icaza [MSFT] 2011-07-19 15:21:02 UTC
A user provided us with a self-contained test case that crashes:

Original posting:

 http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6708705/monotouch-sigsegv-crash-using-navigationcontroller-and-searchdisplaycontroller

Attached is the test case, to reproduce:

Repeatedly clicking on From and selecting a town will crash the app after two to 20 cycles.

I've been able to reproduce this, looking into it now.

Setting his UISearchDisplayController's Delegate property to null in UISearchDisplayController's parent's Dispose method fixed the crash (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6708705/monotouch-sigsegv-crash-using-navigationcontroller-and-searchdisplaycontroller/6769885#6769885).

This doesn't sound like something the user should need to know though.

This is really just a duplicate of bug #134, closing as dup.
