My binding projects no longer build with 7.4.0.90

I have checked this issue and able to reproduce this. To reproduce this I have
followed the steps mentioned below.

1. Create an IOS binding project:
   New Solution->c#->ios->iOS Binding Project
2. Build the project
3. Issue gets reproduced

The `btouch` script is incorrect (after the version-install feature branch merge). It points to where th efiles are being built, not where they will be installed (locations were identical previously)
