Test Case

### Overview:

iOS:
If the "Icon" set for the Master page does not match the filename casing, the Detail page does not render. This only happens on a device. In the simulator, it does work.

Android:
This scenario causes a crash on device and emulator.

### Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Run the attached sample on an iOS Device. The Detail page area should show a Label with "Yay, it worked."
    2. If it does not show the label, you have reproduced the issue.
    3. Run the same project on an iOS simulator. You will see the Label text and the "Hamburger" icon.

    Android:
    1. Run the sample on a device / emulator and it will crash. (Expected)

### Actual Results:

iOS: Doesn't render on device. Renders fine on simulator.

Android: Crashes on device and emulator. (Expected)

### Expected Results:

iOS: It should probably fail since the file name should be case sensitive. Some type of Resource not found exception. Similar to Android. The confusing part is it works on the simulator, so its not very obvious when you don't see any rendered results when testing on a device.
Android: This produces expected results, although the error message is a bit mysterious...

### Build Date & Platform:

    XF 1.2.2 pre2

### Additional Information:

The issue is on line 13 of MasterDetailTestPage.cs:

> Icon = "settings.png"

The actual file resource is named "Settings.png". Change the code to:

> Icon = "Settings.png"

Things work as expected now.

There really should be better error handling for this. It is such an obvious error but it literally took me two days to track it down. The errors I was seeing, when I saw errors at all didn't point me in this direction at all.

Super frustrating. Thank you to whoever posted this though

Sorry the filenames are really case sensitive.
