Simple program to demonstrate the bug

The ListView control nicely groups items when the Groups feature is used. However tooltips are not displayed properly because the code for associating mouse location with the list item is broken. I'm attaching a simple program that demonstrates the problem when you run it. The program behaves just fine on Windows under .Net so this is a real bug.

I hope to have a proposed fix soon.

sample program to demonstrate bug (and test fix)

The updated sample program adds three more list views of varying types to allow testing of the fix in cases other than the one that was originally broken.
