If an Android app causes an exception I can properly "Continue" or "Break". However as soon as I do this after a breakpoint was hit, VS becomes unresponsive and can only be killed via the task manager.

Today, I am trying to reproduce this issue with:
We are not able to reproduce this issue, VS is not gets hanged after a breakpoint was hit in Android application.
Could you please provide your builds information and logs?
For logs goto Help in VS->Zip Xamarin Logs->save this and attach zip file. or
from this location Users\AppData\Local\Xamarin\Log\12.0
