Overview
If a user has the option selected in Xcode to Use Explicit Size for a popover, this results in the following error when attempting to open storyboard file in the iOS Designer:

I have checked this issue by following the steps mentioned in bug description and I am not able to reproduce this issue. File is open successfully.

Steps that I have followed :
1. Create iPad single view template application in XS
2. open storyboard file in Xcode
3. Drag button on view controller.
4. Drag another view controller on editor area
5. create a popover segue via button to second view controller.
6. Select second view controller and check check box of "Use Explicit Size"
7. Save project and open it in VS

And it open successfully without any error.

Please let me know if I have missed some steps to reproduce this issue?

This was fixed in commit 428ee72fa31962f6f93316e9af54e0b111cd3b3c on Jun 4.

Mohit, the fix was in the build you were trying to reproduce the issue with which is why you couldn't trigger it.
