RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 23988

Description Willian Correa 2014-06-16 12:05:42 UTC
With Autolayout enabled.

1) On Storyboard; create a View Controller
2) Inside this, put a UI Scroll View (Hierarchy will be: View Controller > View > Scrollview);
3) Put any UI Element, like a UILabel
4) Put other UILabel (or other element, as you want);
5) Now, everytime you made a change in this view, like put another element or change Y position of one, all other elements will change by itself the Y position.

a) Sometimes when you disable "Auto Resize Subviews" in parent Scrollview, this problem is solved.
b) Sometimes after this "auto Y move", the VS2012 crashes (VS2013 too);
c) Sometimes after press "Save" wich this condition above, the VS2012/13 crashes;

I have tried to reproduce this issue by following steps mention in bug description as shown in screencast
screencast 1 : http://screencast.com/t/8vmBK9CuTHXC
screencast 2 : http://screencast.com/t/wkY0NxHoxT

But I am not able to reproduce it. Please let me know if I have missed some step to reproduce this issue.

Thanks

If you're experiencing a crash, can you send us the log files from Visual Studio. You can create a zip of these files by clicking on 'Help -> Zip Xamarin Logs'. That should help us diagnose the issue even if we cannot reproduce it.
