MD 2.8: Remember docked windows.Everytime I start MD 2.8 and open my solution I have to drag the App Output window and the Version Control window back to the docked position I want it to be (next to Task List and Error List). Can you add functionality to remember where I docked it?MonoDevelop: 2.8.2Runtime: Mono 2.10.6 (tarball Fri Sep 16 00:13:06 EDT 2011)Operating System: Mac OSX (Unix 11.2.0.0)Distributor: Xamarin
