WCf contained in shared library functions fine in iOS(release/debug) and in Android debug. 

First call to the WCF in Android release causes

If I roll back to Android 4.10 things work as expected however.

Went back throught the previous bugs and used the work around from 18259.

If this still an issue? or did the work around in 18259 fix it? Can we close this bug?
