Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the application from "https://github.com/xamarin/monodroid-samples"
2. Launch MonoDevelop.
3. Click on "Start Solution or File" icon.
4. Browse application.
5. Click on Open button.
6. Select Debug ?release mode from the drop down.
7. Build the application.
8 Run the application
10. Choose API level 4,14.
11. See the error message.
Unhandled exceptions occurred when user RUN the application on API 4 or 14.
Refer the attached screenshot.
Application should run successfully.

Same error is occurred when user RUN the GLTriangle20 application in debug mode.
UNHANDLED EXCEPTION occurs when user RUNs the GLCube application in Debug/release mode on API 10, API14, API7
The unhandled exception is fixed in master/cdd0df5d, though GLCube also requires master/4a086c81 in order to run.
These commits have been merged into the monodroid-1.9.3 branch.
Now Unhandled exception has been fixed for the apps. Hence closing this issue.
