Such as NdefRecord.RtdUri, etc. Currently they are IList<byte> but the places that take them as args are byte[] such as the constructor of NdefRecord

Hi,

This is by design. Since returning bare array in public API is not a recommended practice, we return IList types instead of the corresponding raw array objects. That's why you are seeing IList<byte>.
