Screen capture

## Steps to reproduce

1. Double-click on a constraint in the iOS designer in VS.

2. A dialog pops up with a numerical entry box.

3. Try to type a 3-digit number into the box.

## Result

The cursor focus apparently jumps out of the box shortly after the first digit is entered. If you type all 3 digits in rapid succession, you can sometimes get them all in before the cursor jumps.

## Screen capture

The attached screen capture shows an example where I attempt to enter "240" several times into the "Constant" field of the constraint dialog box.

Thanks!

Fixed in master.

The new behavior should be much more reliant. As a bonus, the popup closing behavior should also be improved.
