Xamarin Zip logs

After I updated the Xamarin.Android and Xamarin.IOS, I try to start (open or create) any Xamarin project on Visual Studio, and it hangs at "Preparing Solution..." and a task notification apears "Delay notification: Microsoft visual studio is waiting for an operation to complete. If you regularly encounter this delay during normal usage please report this problem to Microsoft."

I have this installed:
Xamarin for Visual Studio 1.12.275.0 (0908d31fd2849ea1d7ec9cba9691ab83e48546a5)
Visual Studio extension to enable development for Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin.Android

Xamarin.Android 4.12.03003 (7f0e3d3c)
Visual Studio plugin to enable development for Xamarin.Android.

Xamarin.iOS 1.10.47 (3d6a125d)
Visual Studio extension to enable development for Xamarin.iOS.

I got this on the Event Viewer of Windows

The program devenv.exe version 12.0.21005.1 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.

To reproduce this Issue I have used three scenarios:

1. When both X.Android 4.12.3-3 and Xamarin.iOS for VS 1.10.47 is installed and I Install MTVS 1.12.275 over those builds

2. When both X.Android 4.12.3-3 and Xamarin.iOS for VS 1.10.47 are not installed and I Install MTVS 1.12.275

3. When Xamarin.iOS for VS 1.10.47 is installed and I Install MTVS 1.12.275 over this build

Using these scenarios I am not able to reproduce this Issue.

@Rolando, Could you please provide me builds which were you using before to upgrade?

Well, I installed an Xamarin update for Visual Studio 1.12.278 then I run the Visual Studio Installation and clicked Repair, now the project is loading.

But now a new Message Alert is showing with this text: "The 'SccProvider Package' did not load correctly." So, this is a diferent issue to the original.
