EKRecurrenceRule *rule = [[EKRecurrenceRule alloc]
                              initRecurrenceWithFrequency:EKRecurrenceFrequencyDaily
                              interval:1
                              end:nil];

The above ObjC example is valid and is the correct way of creating never ending repeating events. The Mono code asserts that end is not null which is incorrect

I have checked this issue with following builds:
1. xamarin.iOS:6.3.6.77 
2. Xamarin.iOS: 7.2.0.2 (stable)
3. Xamarin.iOS :7.2.1.42 ( latest)

and able to reproduce this issue with following builds. 
1. xamarin.iOS:6.3.6.77 
2. Xamarin.iOS: 

but this issues has been fixed on latest beta build i.e. Xamarin.iOS : 7.2.1.42. You can download this build from beta channel.
