You cannot add a reference to a shared asset project in VS

Right now you have to manually edit the CS proj.

There is a plugin to help with this, but this is something our plugin should handle it.

I have checked this issue with XVS 3.11.666 and able to reproduce this issue with bug description.

I observed that unable to add shared project reference to the another project after Installed Shared project Reference Manager from Nuget package,I am able to add reference of shared project to another project successfully.

Adding a shared asset project works ok in VS2015, but anyway this is something that should be fixed by MS, not us? Marking as upstream.
