Steps to reproduce:
[System having Mono Framework]
1. Open XS
2. Create Xam.Mac application
3. Make sure that Mono runtime is not selected for the application
4. Build the application
5. Remove mono framework from this machine.
6. Open xam.mac application folder
7. Double click on the .app file of the application from bin/Debug or bin/Release folder.

Actual result: I am not getting a popup 'Could not launch' with 'Cancel' and 'Download MonoFramework' button as mentioned in. Application getting crash

Expected result: A popup 'Could not launch' should appear with 'Cancel' and 'Down load MonoFramework' button.

Regression Status:
REGRESSION: We are getting proper popup with stable Xamarin.Mac 1.6.27

I have checked this issue with following builds:

All Mac
X.S 4.2.4(build 32)
Mono 3.2.6
X.Mac 1.8.0.5

Now I am getting a dialog popup with 'Cancel' and 'Download MonoFramework' button. when Mono is not installed and user opens Mac application.

Hence closing this issue.
