Description ole.kristensen 2014-03-06 05:14:21 UTC
After updating to Android OS version to 4.4.2 GooglePlayServiceLib seems to crash. But only when deploying in Debug mode
(So maybe not that crucial).
Xamarin.Android 4.10

I try to catch exception in function public void OnCameraChange(CameraPosition position). But exception is thrown.

I have the feeling that it has something to do with the location service is not ready for some reason.

I have checked the issue but not able to reproduce this.I have followed the steps below to reproduce the issue:

1. Created a sample android application.
2. Added Google play services under components folder.
3. Deployed the application in debug mode on Android Version 4.4.2 (Android 4.4.2 and Google APIs(Google Inc.))

Environment Info:
Windows 8.1
VS 2013
Xamarin.Android 4.12.01000

Please let me know if I am missing any thing.

Sorry was not quite clear.

You need to activate the map service. As You can see it is related to OnCameraChangeListener.

Further: It is the Android OS that is updated in target Galaxy S4

I'll mark the bug as resolved answered.
Please feel free to reopen it if you can still reproduce the issue with current bits.
Thanks!
