Step to Reproduce :
1. Open .axml file of Android template application.
2. Select button and go to Properties> Widget tab.
3. select checkbox under any subsection say 'Text Format'
4. Now uncheck the selected checkbox.
5. Try Checking the checkbox again by clicking only once.

Actual Result:
Under properties tab, checkbox is not selected by single click. User has to click once more to mark it as checked.

Expected Result:
Checked box should get checked/unchecked by single click.

Regression Status: NOT A REGRESSION. Same behavior happening with stable XS 4.2.3(build 59) and Xam.Android 4.10.1-68 (MAC) & Xam.Android 4.10.1-73(Win)

I have verified this issue at my end using the latest build, and have observed that the issue does not exist.
