RESOLVED FIXED

Description narayanp 2014-02-20 02:34:44 UTC
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open iOS7 same SpriteTour from Private sample.
2. Add a folder with name.atlat in Resources folder.
3. Drag all images including 'warrior_walk_00x.png from Art folder to this folder.
4. Try to set build action of these .png files to AtlasTexture.

Actual Result: User does not see 'Atlastexture' as build action in VS. While in XS on Mac we are seeing this build action.

Expected Result: User should get 'Atlastexture' as build action in VS.

Did you try with atlas or atlat? It's atlas.
Comment 2 Prashant manu 2014-02-24 10:38:40 UTC
We have checked it with name.atlas

I have checked this issue with following builds and I am still getting the reported behavior.

Screencast: http://www.screencast.com/t/4HjXhOTl

Additional Info: I have checked the same on OS X by creating a single view application and observed that the build action 'Atlastexture' is present in build action drop down box.

IDE logs: https://gist.github.com/RamChBachkheti/d4d14d9707f9341c109c

Please let me know if I can provide any other info?

I have checked this on master and the issue is fixed. Please notice that the name of the folder cannot be "atlas", but "something.atlas".

This bug is no longer reproducible.
I've followed these steps:
1- In an iOS project add a folder that its name ends with ".atlas", like "foo.atlas"
2- Add an image in foo.atlas
3- In Properties for that image open the Build Action list, and there you'll find the "AtlasTexture" build action.
