RESOLVED FIXED

Description Miha Valencic 2014-02-15 16:22:48 UTC
Using XamarinStudio, alpha channel. Just got update for Mono 3.2.7. Installed it, and PCL projects don't compile anymore:

The error is:
Microsoft.Portable.CSharp.targets
/Users/miha/work/Project.Portable.Core/Project.Portable.Core.csproj: Error: /Users/miha/work/Project.Portable.Core/Project.Portable.Core.csproj: /Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Versions/3.2.7/lib/mono/xbuild/Microsoft/Portable/v4.5/Microsoft.Portable.CSharp.targets: Project file could not be imported, it was being imported by /Users/miha/work/Project.Portable.Core/Project.Portable.Core.csproj: /Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Versions/3.2.7/lib/mono/xbuild/Microsoft/Portable/v4.5/Microsoft.Portable.CSharp.targets could not import "$(MSBuildToolsPath)\Microsoft.Portable.CSharp.Targets" (Project.Portable.Core)

I checked, and Microsoft.Portable.CSharp.Targets is missing from Mono:
[miha:/Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Versions]find . |grep Portable.CSharp
./3.2.7/lib/mono/xbuild/Microsoft/Portable/v4.0/Microsoft.Portable.CSharp.targets
./3.2.7/lib/mono/xbuild/Microsoft/Portable/v4.5/Microsoft.Portable.CSharp.targets

As a workaround, I copied Microsoft.Portable.CSharp.targets from another machine with Mono 3.2.6 from v4.0 directory to /Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Versions/3.2.7/lib/mono/4.5/Microsoft.Portable.CSharp.targets and my project compiles again, though I'm not 100% sure that this file is the correct one.
