Every time user try to build the Monogame app from Visual Studio, the app crashes with following exception.
Could not load 'System.Core' for registration: System.Reflection.ReflectionTypeLoadException: The classes in the module cannot be loaded.

However the same project builds successfully on Mac with Xamarin Studio.

This seem to be a runtime issue.
Can you repro this in a small program? or send the part that is crashing to repro the problem here?
Could you please provide us a sample project? so that we can reproduce this issue at our end.
As these is no response on the bug, so I am closing this issue.
